Student Industry Exposure Fellowship

The Student Industry Exposure Fellowship (SIEF) is an Innovation initiative for students and recent graduates. Student fellows are placed in industry-like teams and build a real tech product together with our industry partners. The available projects range from Machine Learning, Web/ Mobile Development, UI/UX to different functional areas in business management and are always themed around a topic.

• The Fellowship's objective is to cultivate innovation competencies among undergraduate and graduate students.
  
• Student Fellows will populate interdisciplinary project teams in mutually-beneficial partnerships with industry stakeholders, start-ups, and other community organizations which are seeking to solve emergent and pressing challenges.
• The fellowship is remote, part-time, and free of cost.

You will gain real-world experience and will apply and sharpen innovation abilities and competencies, including design thinking, data analytics, product development, and business management. You will also gain exposure to diverse employer cultures and work environments and subsequent Induction in our talent pool for recruitment opportunities with top job offers.

The Fellowship is open to students enrolled at a university as well as recent graduates (0-2 years). You will or have graduated with a Bachelor's/Master's degree by June/July 2022.

Variable amount of effort of anywhere between 10 to 15 hours per week (part-time and remote).

Step 2: RECEIVE FEEDBACK AS YOU ADVANCE - Applications will be reviewed by a restricted panel of reviewers made up of partner companies and other experts in the discipline(s) of the application. Even if you aren’t selected to advance, we’ll send general feedback that may help you refine your application for future rounds.

Step 3: PARTICIPATE IN INTERVIEWS - If you’re shortlisted, you’ll interview with expert panelists for the final selection.

Step 4: RECEIVE ADMISSION OFFER: Selected Fellows will be notified of their admission into the fellowship program.

This is a highly competitive selection process that considers demonstrated competencies and personal motivation of the students to pursue opportunities in innovation and a self-directed work environment.
